From downtown Asheville, take I-240W for about half mile, then keep left at the fork to continue on US-19 S/US-23 S/US-74 ALT W. In another mile, use the right two lanes to turn right onto NC-63 W. In three miles, turn right onto Mt Carmel Rd, then continue for 2.2 miles (becomes Old Hwy 20 Rd), then slight right onto Jenkins Valley Road.
