From Asheville take 240E to I-40E toward Statesville. In 6.2 miles, take exit 59 for Swannanoa.
As you exit the highway, turn left onto Patton Cove Road, then right onto US-70E. In 2.1 mi., turn right onto Lytle Cove Rd. In half a mile, follow the road to the right; do not go straight onto Lytle Cove Road Extension.
Go another .2 mile and turn left into #373. There is a faded wooden sign saying “STYLES.” This driveway is a one-way loop. Go to the left, and in about 350 yards, park by the sign that says “TAR HEELS FANS PARKING ONLY.”
If you are not a Tar Heels fan, you will not be towed for the duration of the tour. However, do lock your car or a bear is likely to get in. Seriously!
