Approximately 800 Foster Creek Rd, Horse Shoe, NC
30 minutes south of Asheville
From Asheville, take I-26 East for 2 miles to exit 1B for Brevard Rd/NC-191 toward I-40 E. Turn left onto NC-191 S/Brevard Rd. In 12 miles, turn right onto NC-191 S/NC-280 W. In .2 miles, turn right onto North Mills River Road.
In 1.5 miles, turn right onto Foster Creek Road. In .7 mile, you will pass two white mailboxes on the right. Continue for .2 miles to a tractor shed on the right. If you enter the woods, you’ve gone too far. Your guide will meet you there.
If it has been raining and your vehicle has poor traction, ask the guide where to park. Otherwise, pull into the field near the shed.
