Zev Friedman, Owner of Urban Paradise Gardening and Co-Owner of Living Systems Design, is Director of The Forest Cuisine Project, promoting native woodland agriculture in WNC. A certified Permaculture Instructor, he teaches on the sacred anatomy of our bioregion and our role as part of it. Zev's role is to eat as many wild blueberries as possible.
