William Dissen, Executive Chef and Owner of The Market Place, has loved nature and the outdoors since his childhood in West Virginia. A graduate of The Culinary Institute of America, Chef Dissen focuses on local farm and forest-to-table ingredients. He was named one of the country’s “Top 40 Sustainable Chefs” in 2010.
